- The Mac Screen Share Driver only supports presenters on Mac OS Maverick (10.9) or higher
- Screen Share is not supported on Chrome with the Mac OS Maverick (10.9) or higher
- Screen Share is not supported on Microsoft Edge (on Windows 10). Please use IE 11 to screen share on Windows 10
- The newest version of the Screen Share Driver is required;
Annotations: Users on a browser that does not support annotations will receive the following message "Your browser does not support our annotations feature. Please use an updated version of your browser, or a different browser, and try again."
Mobile: Tablets will require the XPOCAST app when launching an FLV XPOCAST webcast.
System Check: Red Hat users will now bypass the browser check within the standard system check process.
Quick Video: Supported on INXPO supported desktops and mobile devices with iOS 7 and higher.
*Fedora Linux 23 is only supported for attendee usage. It is not certified for Speakers or administrators.
NOTE: We do not support beta versions of browsers or compatibility modes as display results can widely vary. Also, we do not support Private Browsing Mode when accessing from a Mobile Browser.
Upon entering the environment, a system check is run which will identify computer requirements that need to be addressed to interact with the online environment. It is recommended to view the environment with the display resolution of 1280 x 768. To run the system check, click here.
Before you access the environment, you should ensure that your browser is configured to stream media. All webcasts require a broadband connection. For webcasts including video, you will need a minimum Internet connection of 450Kbps. INXPO recommends a connection of 750Kbps or higher.
Displaying Secure Content

Problems with Chat
If you are experiencing problems using the chat communication features within the event, such as not receiving new message notifications or being unable to send text in a chat window, it may be due to the configuration of your company's network. Certain firewall configurations can prevent the communication features from functioning properly. Click here for details.
Problems with Presentations
If you are experiencing difficulty viewing or hearing a presentation, first run this system check to determine if your system is configured properly for viewing presentations. Please note that this system check is specific for presentations, and differs from the system check that is run when logging into the event.
