Crissie Hall is the Director of Innovation at Sentara Healthcare in Norfolk, VA, where her goal is to guide the non-profit healthcare industry through a time of significant uncertainty and disruption by fostering programs that improve customer experiences & outcomes, create new products, services, ventures, and partnerships, and disrupt the status-quo. A US Navy combat medic veteran, Crissie holds her degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from The George Washington University, her BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and Management from Old Dominion University, her Global MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and is currently a doctoral student in Business & Technology with a focus on Strategy and Innovation, graduating in Fall 2020.

At Healthbox, she has supported a variety of engagements, including innovation programs and commercialization strategy projects. Prior to Healthbox, Jess spent four years in life sciences consulting at The Advisory Board Company. Jess holds an MPH in Health Communication and Marketing from the George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health, as well as a BA in Public Health Studies from Johns Hopkins University.

Callie’s professional experience spans community-based hospitals, children’s hospitals, academic medical centers, and regional/national delivery systems, focusing on operational excellence, clinical transformation, technology implementations, and change management.
Callie holds a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as an MBA from Chicago Booth.
