Ashwini M. Zenooz, MD is currently the Chief Medical Officer and SVP for Healthcare and Life Sciences at Salesforce. Dr. Zenooz was most recently the Chief Medical Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) overseeing the national EHR modernization program, where she was responsible for organizational change management, business process redesign, and implementation of a new digital health platform. She has also held senior policy development and operational roles including serving as Deputy for VA Health Policy and Services, Legislative Health Policy Fellow with U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal, Committee Staff on U.S. Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs, and Chief of Imaging Services. Dr. Zenooz graduated with summa cum laude distinction in undergraduate studies and received an MD in the Medical Honors Program at the University of Florida. She completed radiology residency at Henry Ford Health System and an Abdominal Imaging fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Zenooz is board certified in radiology and continues to practice medicine today.

As senior vice president and chief information officer, Cletis Earle provides vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology (IT) initiatives across Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine.
Prior to his 2019 arrival in Hershey, Earle was senior vice president and chief information officer for Kaleida Health/Great Lakes Health of Western New York. There, he provided leadership for the IT team, overseeing strategic and tactical planning, plus development and coordination of the IT platform.
Earle previously served as vice president and chief information officer at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Cornwall, N.Y. He began his IT health career as a support manager at Brooklyn Queens Health Care Inc. in Brooklyn, N.Y., eventually taking on roles as director of technology and vice president, chief information and privacy officer within the organization.
Earle is a member and former chairman of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the College of New Rochelle in New Rochelle, N.Y., and a master’s degree in information systems from Strayer University in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Charles Alessi is a globally recognized and trusted leader in health care. He brings to HIMSS a wealth of experience, particularly around health systems and the interface between healthcare, social care and the personalization of wellness. He is a physician in London, with more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of clinical practice in the UK National Health Service. Most recently, he served as the Chairman of the National Association of Primary Care, part of the NHS confederation, where he was at the heart of the recent health and social care reforms.He is also the Senior Advisor to Public Health England, a position leading thought leadership around productive healthy ageing including dementia, targeting risk reduction. Furthermore, he fulfils key roles in PHE around digital interventions, particularly those that involve behavioral change. Other responsibilities include air quality and antibiotic prescribing. He forms part of the World Health Organization (WHO) Expert Panel that is formulating new guidelines around risk reduction in dementia globally and also leads thought leadership around productive healthy aging. He has extensive experience in military medicine, being a past Medical Director and Director of Clinical Governance for the British forces in Germany and was recently appointed to serve on the Reference Committee tasked with renewing military medicine in the United Kingdom.He holds a variety of international academic positions both in Europe and the Americas and has published widely in the media and journals. He is an Adjunct Research professor in Clinical Neurosciences at the Schulich School of Medicine at the University of Western Ontario, Canada and Visiting Scholar at the Odette School of business in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He continues to advise major corporations and national governments around health and care reform, particularly where systemic reform and digital interventions are being considered.

Mona Siddiqui, MD, MPH, MSE is Senior Vice President for Enterprise Clinical Strategy and Quality at Humana where she leads the development and management of Humana’s integrated clinical strategy and provides direction for clinical quality in an effort to drive continued improvement in the care and safety of patients.
Dr. Siddiqui most recently served at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as the Department’s inaugural Chief Data Officer. In that role, she led the effort to connect the nation’s health care data through the build-out of an enterprise wide data-sharing platform and governance structure at HHS and advanced the Department’s Artificial Intelligence strategy. Previously, Dr. Siddiqui served at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation working towards implementing rapid cycle testing for payment models and model development for tech enabled solutions. She has also served with the White House Social and Behavioral Sciences Team (“nudge” unit) during the Obama administration working with ONC, CMS, FDA, VA and DHA on implementing and testing small nudges in large scale government programs to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to her work in the federal government, Dr. Siddiqui was at the Johns Hopkins University Health System where she was focused on driving value based care initiatives.
Dr. Siddiqui holds a medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, a master’s degree in Quantitative Methods from the Harvard School of Public Health, and a degree in Management and Engineering from the Stanford University School of Engineering.
