Hailey Herleman, PhD, is a Partner in IBM Global Business Service's Talent & Transformation practice. She’s been in the Talent space for over 15 years as a consultant, CHRO advisor, & client account leader. As a scientist, technology enthusiast, client advocate, & business leader, Hailey is passionate about bringing together multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex problems in innovative ways. She has published peer reviewed journal articles, authored book chapters, and presented at numerous global HR events. Hailey earned her Bachelors, Masters, and PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Clemson University.

Ms. Moore has over 20 years of consulting and HR experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors specializing in complex talent transformation; strategic workforce management; skill transformation; reskilling; employee experience; employee engagement, culture change; digital change; and workforce and leadership development.
Most recently, Ms. Moore was the Global Director of IBM Career & Skills, with responsibility for envisioning and executing a new career and skill acceleration experience for the IBM workforce, which included the vision, strategy, and execution of corporate-wide career and skill programs. In this role, Ms. Moore developed several award-winning programs that have become industry standards. Ms. Moore is currently bringing the best practices and lessons learned from her internal role with IBM to clients to support their workforce transformation.
Previously, Ms. Moore was the IBM Global Business Services (GBS) Public Sector Human Resource (HR) Leader where she has primary responsibility for GBS Public Sector strategic talent initiatives. In this role, she led strategic workforce issues such as talent strategy, career advancement, executive recruiting, executive diversity, employee engagement, learning, and other strategic HR programs.
Ms. Moore has an MBA from William and Mary where she specialized in Organizational Development. She servers on the William and Mary Consulting Board of Directors and as a Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
