Jonah Comstock is the Editor of MobiHealthNews where he oversees all editorial content and manages the news team. An alumnus of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and The College of Wooster, Jonah has previously written for Psychology Today and the Columbia Journalism Review. He's also a Dow Jones Copy Editing Fellow and has worked on the copy desks at Newsday and the Tampa Bay Times. He worked on the weekly radio show Uptown Radio at Columbia and brought that expertise to MobiHealthNews to help start the MobiHealthNews Podcast. Jonah works out of MobiHealthNews HQ in Cambridge, MA. He has spoken at HIMSS' mHealth Summit and served as a judge for the GSMA Global Mobile Awards. Paula is a proven executive with over 25 years of strategic portfolio management and marketing of technology solutions for large global enterprise companies and healthcare systems.
In her role with Philips she has been responsible for connected care and healthcare informatics solutions in acute-care, Pre-hospital, community and home solutions including specialty areas of radiology, cardiology, oncology, sleep and respiratory. Paula has extensive experience with EMR and platform solutions such as health digital platform, AI, interoperability, data management, performance and analytics.
Paula is recognized as a change leader for organizations that want to transform their internal communications and accelerate their external marketing and customer engagement activities. She is a catalyst for elevating the strategic value of marketing through value based messaging, positive sales engagement and leadership alignment that achieves financial growth objectives, improved employee engagement and world-class customer satisfaction results.
Paula joined Philips in 2016. Prior to that she worked for McKesson, Computer Sciences Corporation, TM Floyd & Company and Godsey & Gibb Investment Management Firm.
Paula is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Southern Wesleyan University, Insurance Institute of America and the Leadership Program at Wharton Institute in Pennsylvania.
She is currently serving on the Federal Advisory Committee for Veterans’ Family, Caregivers and Survivors. She served as National Director of Diversity Communications for PAVE organization. Member of the Marketing Leadership Council for Philips, McKesson and CSC. Director of Communications for Spring Valley Education Foundation. Paula is graduate of the Senior Women in Leadership program at Philips. Paula has also co-founded the Live Like London Foundation in memory of her daughter London Harrell.

Dr. Milisa Rizer has been a Family Medicine Physician for the past 30 years and presently practices at The Ohio State University where she started 15 years ago as the vice chair of clinical services. She is the Chief Medical Information Officer at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She is a professor of Family Medicine, Nursing, and Biomedical Informatics. She actually started her career as a nurse and taught nursing in a 3 year diploma school of nursing in southeastern Ohio. She led the installation of the electronic medical record at Ohio State in both the ambulatory area and acute care setting. She has been involved in HIMSS EMRAM stage 7 visits in Ohio, West Virginia, Hawaii, Iowa, and China. She is a HIMSS Fellow, board certified in family medicine as well as clinical informatics, and is CPHIMS certified.
